2007 Trier

 

The second annual International Conference on Quantitative Gastronomy was held on May 24-25, 2007 , in Trier, Germany . The conference was co-organized with the Vineyard Data Quantification Society (VDQS) and the American Association of Wine Economists. The objective was to bring together academic researchers and professionals in a two-day meeting, presenting, and discussing research (round table) on all topics related to gastronomy.
